Booking informations

The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 11:00 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please speak to our reception team.

We have made a guaranteed booking for you. You can change or cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. During Oktoberfest and trade fair periods as well as for group reservations, changes/cancellations are possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After expiry of the deadline or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the respective room price.

You are welcome to rent an e-bike directly at the reception.
The fee per bicycle per day is €50.00 / for 4 hours €25.00.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly.

Our extensive breakfast buffet is available to you during the week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Of course, a free broadband internet connection is available in your room.
If you need the necessary patch cable, you can get it at reception for a deposit of €5. Wi-Fi access (welcome@klostermaier.bayern) is possible without a password.

Our parking spaces, which you can use free of charge during your stay, are located behind our house. We ask you to keep the area in front of the main entrance free as a short-term parking space for loading and unloading. If you arrive with an electric car, we will be happy to reserve a place for you in advance at one of our two charging stations. The price for the store is 0.50€ / kWh.

If you wish, we can reserve a table for you for lunch or dinner in our restaurant. Please note that our restaurant is also open to external guests and tables can only be reserved for our hotel guests with a reservation.

Our wellness area is located on the parking lot level of our house.
In our wellness area, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a steam bath await you for your relaxation from Monday to Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sauna towels are available for you in the wellness area. You can get a bathrobe and slippers from our reception team.
There are lockers in the sauna area for your valuables.
